I have been thinking about a new truck for sometime with the growing family and decided to stop into Bud Clary’s. Glad I did! The family and I are so pleased with our new Silverado. I’d really like to thank the Bud Clary staff for making this a great experience! They were very accommodating and even helped entertain the kiddos while filling out the paperwork. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Troy Johnson. The Big Tex was easy going and informative during the test drive.
Dropped off night before. Had 0730 appointment. Called at 1500 saying just getting to it. Will be ready next day. Well known issue with 8 speed transmission. Charged $305 for diagnosis I already knew. $800 total for transmission flush and refill that was caused by GM. 75k on odometer but 6 years owned. Not happy.
I’m very happy with the purchase of my 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country from Bud Clary Chevrolet. Salesman Long and Sales Manager Jeff listened to me, answered my questions and were able to order the exact Tahoe I wanted. This was my second purchase from Bud Clary and I’m sure there will be more. I think it's stressful to go car shopping. Ron Gehrman was friendly, supportive, reassuring and helpful. He worked on everything I asked. I need a couple maintenance issues fixed. Ron's manager Steve set it up to do it free of charge. I genuinely appreciate them!
