Just bought a Crosstrek at Bud Clary Subaru. Eden Berg was easy to work with, answered all questions promptly and had everything ready when I showed up. There were no hidden fees after the out the door price was disclosed. Overall great experience!
We had been looking for a car for some time. It was so difficult narrowing down the decision, car shopping on a budget isn’t for the faint of heart. Our experience up until that point had been a real struggle. We had gone to multiple dealerships for test drives and finally decided on a make/model but still continued to look for one in price range. After finding a dealership in Vancouver that had what we were looking for, we called them and found out they didn’t have any actually on hand. We were already heading south so decided to reach out to Bud Clary in case they also did not have the online cars available. They did in fact have many options on site. Before we even arrived we received a personalized video message from Gary Meyers that made us feel like this might be the right place to finally make a purchase. When we got to the dealership Gary had the car we were looking at waiting for is right up front. After checking it out we decided to look at a few more options. He showed us around and we took one on a drive. We ended up purchasing that car. I was so anxious about buying a car from a dealership but Gary offered what seemed to be very sincere assurance. The person we did paperwork with was very kind, I don’t remember his name though! He had three daughters and was very personable. He was over at Bud Clary Chevrolet. After all the paperwork was done Gary met with us again before leaving and went over all the features and again assured us that this was a good decision - I know his job is ultimately to sell cars but I felt very comfortable during the transaction. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed even though it was getting close to closing time. They also offered snacks, water & toys for the kids while they were drawing up paperwork which was nice. We went on a Sunday it was a pretty quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Ultimately I am very happy with our purchase and decision to go with Bud Clary.
Purchased a 2021 Cadillac XT5 from Clary Chevrolet. Sales person was Ryan Allen, he was very pleasant to work with, no pressure, was very knowledgeable. After my purchase he insisted I take time to let them clean and wash the car. He would not let me go until he went over every switch in the car to make sure I understood their functions. ( Thanks Allen for that). Not to leave out Leo the finance guy. Extremely pleasant to work with. Yes I will recommend this dealership and these sales people.
