I have never conducted business with Twin City laundry but I must say when the laundry is returned, it is folded nice& neat as you can see in the pictures. I have pictures because I know of folks that conducts business w/ Twin City. Gave them four stars because there have been occasions where I have seen some laundry come back w/ spots like softener spillings or ?something. I never say anything but owners r very kind!... I do remember them picking up laundry from clients&that helps homebound folks. Enjoy the pictures! Not being disrespectful in any shape way or form but when you have amateurs/new or unprofessional employees in facility as such, and the owners are older& wiser the amateurs need to be mindful& respect other people's belongings because they wouldn't have detergent or softener spills for the owners to return clean goods back to client?
Paid a little over $100 to have a load of laundry picked up, washed, dried, folded and delivered. They let you choose what brand to have your clothes laundered with included in the price, I chose Tide. The clothes came back stain free, neatly folded, and bagged. The delivery driver, Amanda, was very nice and friendly and I felt comfortable having her handle my clothing. Was worth the money, especially for those who don’t own a car.
Very , very clean. Staff approached me to help orient me to the machines and payment options. Good lighting. Chairs are not comfortable for my short body, but that’s true lots of places.
Best staff I’ve ever seen. They’re all happy to help…. Even if you do dumb things trying to figure out the credit card machine. And…. Btw…. I paid for… I dunno …. Drying time because I missed the ‘start button’. Staff was really bummed (and talked about it) that they couldn’t refund. Funny thing: the CC payment they go through didn’t over charge me as I expected. Also…. Clean. Machines all work. And staff is aooooo nice!
Always clean! Despite, the buzz of customers using the services and the employees doing wash & fold services. The staff are friendly & helpful. I've never seen a time when a machine was non-operable. The restroom is just as clean and available to customers. There is sufficient seating. The doors are electric-so no hassle when your coming in or going out with your hands full🤗 Twin city offers a variable of sizes/load ratio and the prices can't be beat! Especially when it is a laundromat that is this great 😃 Thank you Twin City for restoring my faith that NOT ALL laundromats are scrungy dives where you feel like you & your clothes are dirtier when you leave-than when you arrived. 🧺
